Treat yourselves to a touch of luxury and a night off from cooking without anyone having to abstain from enjoying some wine. We are ex-restaurateurs and are happy to come and cook a meal for you in your holiday house. Our restaurant in Southwell in Nottinghamshire featured in the Good Food and Michelin guides so you can be sure of a delicious meal.
Phone us for details and to discuss the style of cooking you prefer – traditional French with regional specialities, or English, or Modern with influences from around the world. Everything is homemade and we use fresh local produce where possible. We bring all you require and do most of the preparation before we come – so all you have to do is relax …… and enjoy.

Soup served cold: Melon gazpacho with yellow pepper, onion and tomato garnish
Velouté of foie gras and morrels

Bloc de foie gras, ginger, pear and walnut chutney, walnut croutons
Roulade with creme fraiche and smoked salmon filling, prawn garnish

Magret of duck with red wine jus

Roast leg of lamb with apricot and almond rice
Freerange chicken with creamy chestnut sauce
Freerange guineafowl with apricots and prunes
Roast rabbit with mustard sauce
Toulouse sausages with garlicky mashed potatoes, onion gravy
Salmon with mayonnaise, or spicy coconut & coriander sauce
Fish (market choice) with warm tomato vinaigrette or spring onion and soya
Slow roast belly of pork and crackling with carrot, orange and ginger purée
